Swami Kriyananda in Palo Alto

Ananda Palo Alto is pleased to host three  significant events with Swamiji this summer. This will be Swami's only public  appearance in the San Francisco Bay Area this year. He is here on a rare visit  from his home in India to celebrate his 60th anniversary of discipleship to  Yogananda. It will also be a celebration of the 40th anniversary of the  founding of Ananda spiritual communities.

Swami will introduce the evening and  share the inspiration he felt that resulted in this musical telling of the  life of Christ. The choir will be drawn from Ananda groups throughout the  U.S. and promises to be one of the great Oratorio performances since Swami  composed it over 20 years ago. Sung for Pope John Paul II and winner of of  several European music awards.
