What is Ananda?

A worldwide movement based on the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda and founded by Swami Kriyananda, a disciple of Yogananda. Ananda Sacramento offers yoga, meditation, yoga philosophy classes, spiritual community, Sunday Services, and more.

Paramhansa Yogananda

is the author of The Autobiography of a Yogi (available free online) and one of the first yoga masters to bring India's spiritual teachings to the West.
