Why Meditation?
Meditation benefits all aspects of daily
life, bestowing upon us a sense of calmness, clarity, and well-being. Meditation
can be practiced by anyone, with or without formal religious affiliation.
While its highest and original purpose is to help us awaken our inner,
spiritual nature, the benefits to body and mind are well established
by medical research. Not surprisingly, meditation has become popular
