Our Sundays begin with a meditation from 9:00-9:45 (optional) during which we offer the Purification Ceremony.

In this ceremony, participation in which is voluntary, one has the opportunity to inwardly and privately offer up to God a spiritual quality which you would like to strengthen in yourself, or something you would like to overcome.

This ancient, but simple, fire ceremony of India can provide a deep time of inner purification through outward symbols. We chant together the traditional and powerful Gayatri and Mahamrityunjaya sanskrit mantras (words provided) which are both enlightening and uplifting. This is followed by the Ananda Purification ceremony.
